This property was being prepared for renovation and letting, and both the front garden and the rear yard had been left to grow wild. Buddleia and weeds had taken hold in the yard, growing up against the house walls and through the concrete, and the front garden was overgrown behind its low brick wall.
We cut everything back, dug out the buddleia and weeds, and cleared the debris that had built up, taking all the green waste away. Both spaces were left clear down to the hard surface, ready for the next stage of work.
As well as looking far better, clearing the growth away from the walls protects the building, as plants like buddleia can damage brickwork and drains if they're left to establish.
